AS grades good enough for Imperial/Warwick/St. Andrews/Oxford ? Watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hello all, I hope to pursue a degree in Mathematics
    Maths (AS) =A
    Further Maths (AS) = A
    Chemistry = A
    Physics = B

    Tbh, not happy with results, gonna resit some Physics papers and S2 (I did C3 and S2). I love watching Youtube videos on University Math lecture (like the the one MIT has). I'm current participating in DoE Gold and a teacher assistant at a prep school. Also, any idea on how i can strengthen my UCAS application?

    Maths professors don't really care what your personal statement is like, other than perhaps showing evidence of maths success (e.g. getting a Gold in the UKMC and getting to the BMO1 round).

    You have A's in Maths and FM which is all they look for, but be aware that for Oxford you will need to sit the MAT and an interview, and Imperial and Warwick use STEP.
