Now results day has passed it's time to start thinking about applying to university. I got AABC for my AS results and I'm not sure what unis will find those grades appealing. I'll be dropping the subject I got a C in. Would it be worth while applying to a Russell Group university? If so how about say, Imperial or Cambridge? or should I not bother with such a high goal?

idk about Imperial and Cambridge but I got offers from Manchester and Birmingham RGs with BBCC so as long as you have a good personal statement you can get an offer from an RG easily

(well it also depends on the subject you're applying for, but for the most part your grades are good so don't worry and apply for whatever you want)

You should always have at least one 'ambitious' choice among your five options. There is a current thread in the Cambridge forum where you can ask the Christ's admissions tutor about your prospects - AABc is possible for some subjects if your UMS are high enough.
