    Is anyone else no longer going to be in halls and have had no reply regarding getting the £250 deposit back? I need mine back ASAP but has had no reply in 3 days and tried ringing this morning during their open hours only to be greeted by a recorded message saying they were close :/

    Hello, Christine from the Information Centre here, the Student Housing team had problems with their phone lines this morning, this has been resolved however they are very busy, please be patient with them they will get back to you as soon as possible. Your refund request needs to be in writing so if you have emailed them to request your refund this should be processed for you. Best wishes
