I am about to go into my second year of my Law degree, however I need to decide if I will keep my degree title as 'LLB Law' or specialise in commercial Law and have the degree title as 'LLB Commercial Law'. I want to work in corporate law for companies, but which title is actually more valued by companies?

Neither would make a difference. They care about your degree classification (2:1 or First) and your work experiences.

Are you sure commercial Law is not more desired from companies rather than just straight LLB Law?

Positive. Hell most law firms don't even care if you've done a law degree - as evidenced by the extremely high number of lawyers who do the conversion course in the UK. Some would even argue that doing a law degree today is counterproductive towards pursuing a legal career.
