Is retaking a key subject like maths or English as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I'm doing an apprenticeship and I'm scared if i fail maths I'll have to go to college and retake it in December.

Did you wing them or revise
Did you think the marks you received the first time were fair or harsh - why

Hi, absolutely not. Retaking Mathematics and English is not as bad as everyone seems, from the feedback I have received from mock-interviews with professionals... It actually shows that you are dedicated to Academia and that you are willing to sacrifice to get to where you want to be. There is no shame is retaking at all!

Hi, to be quite honest with you. I've always been someone who got B's without revising and I guess I was not motivated enough to see past that, I didn't know what I wanted to study, become.. I did not have dreams or any ambition. So therefore I didn't revise and came out with AAAABBCCCCC. Average, not amazing. However, after self-reflection I decided, I wanted to do better with myself and my potential. I don't think the grading was harsh, GCSES is one of those things where you get what you work for.

Who would you rather steal Cheerios from: Gollum, the Red Power Ranger or Bulbasaur? Explain in detail. Give a reference to Dumbledore in your answer. You will be marked on your spelling, punctuation and grammar. [9 marks]

I was expecting an A in IGCSE English Language (CIE) and I got a C. Universities mostly require a B or above. I will send my paper for a remark but if it doesn't increase, I have to resit. I have thrown most of the revision away. How should I revise alongside doing my A levels. I need 3A*s in Alevels so its a lot of work for me.What should I do?

Yes, revise alongside your A levels. I did 4 As Levels while retaking two GCSES. It's possible, you will have no social life. But you can do it! Put your entire mind to it! Prepare and you can smash it.
