How can I get a reference when I'm unsure who will give me one? Watch

    I'm not positive my past tutors will give me one. I have withdrawn from previous courses. I have on one in mind but she hasn't known me long enough. Will it be best if its by someone I know who is a professional? its for a course and I will be a mature student if I get accepted
