This is very competitive, sponsorships from an airline don't come easy, British Airways offer a future pilot programme. Also Easy Jet also offer sponsorships. Getting onto the course will require A-levels preferably including maths and physics at decent grades. You will also need to complete admissions tests at the flight school.
