    I have been offered to study a foundation law degree through clearing, could i switch to a different foundation degree at some point in the next year if i choose?

    You won't be able to switch to a different foundation year (these are different to foundation degrees) halfway through the year, no. You might be able to use your foundation year to apply to law degrees at other universities but you need to speak to admission tutors about that because each university will have a different policy.
