What do the course entry requirements say?
GCSEs: This course requires a minimum of 4 GCSEs grades A* - C (or grade 4 or above in the newly reformed GCSE grading) including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
Extended Project Qualification: The grade achieved for the Extended Project may be taken into account when considering whether or not to accept a candidate who has marginally failed to meet the conditions of their offer.
The entry requirements for this course are 120 tariff points, with 80 from two A-Levels or equivalent, with remaining 40 points from other A-Levels or equivalent qualifications.

Assuming the new tariff points system is used (I'm not too familiar with it and would be happy for someone to correct me), it looks like 120 points is equivalent to BBB. I doubt you would get an offer based on CDE, sorry.
