Hi, I was wondering if anyone has done engineering, preferably mechanical, with a foundation year and could give me some information about what it's like? For example, I do maths but haven't done mechanics modules, would this be a huge problem or would they address that in the foundation year? How much physics is involved in mechanical engineering and overall does the foundation year give a good base for someone to study mechanical engineering despite possibly picking the wrong A-level options? I do maths(but not mechanics modules), physics and world development.

    Thanks!
