Boyfriend just cancelled a family trip with his family just to spend 2 days with me.. was it wrong of him? He told me, and we planned on meeting before they booked. But, I just said how although i'll be seeing a friend the purpose was to be with him since he missed me so much (because of the 3 months long distance relationship). And he should do what's best.

I feel in an awkward position as he's clearly choosing me over somethings like, friends/ family and even a wedding.. is this level normal?

    Bit extreme in my opinion.

I think it's sweet but definitely not necessary. Don't feel like you "owe" him one though

Yeah, I know what you mean, just don't want it to look like i'm controlling him. Because I just stated the facts. Can't help but feel guilty

I've just decided to go another day so he can go with his family and doesn't have to stress about me

Guys seem to get that way.

You say you've been apart for 3 months, how long will you be back together for?
