Hi
I'm 17 year old girl and going into S5 on Tuesday. I've just moved from Switzerland so changing from the IB to the SQA. Tomorrow is school orientation and I'm need to decide on my new subjects, the ones I have chosen right now are:
Higher English
Higher Health and Food Technology
Higher Classics
National 4/5 Math
National 5 Hospitality
I'm still not sure if I am choosing the right subjects because I'm interested in Hotel Management/Hospitality/Food Industry/Catering Manager. Do you think these subjects are ok? Advice?

If your wanting to go into Hotel Management, then Higher Business Management is probably a good subject to take, but apart from that your choices look fine to me.

classical studies i'd change to business management and if possible change nat4 maths to nat5 but obviously only if you are capable.
