Hi, I applied for a postgraduate loan and have already sent all the documents except for the UK account number and national insurance number. Since I am not from the UK, I can provide you with these details once I enter the country. Can I be sure that I will be awarded the loan? My application's status is "submitted" only. I cannot start my MA studies without knowing for sure that I am given the loan. Thank you very much for reply.

We can only confirm you will receive the loan once the application is showing as approved as its showing as 'submitted' then it is still being processed. We can approve the loan without the bank details and national insurance number however we would require UK bank details before we can make the payment.
