So i'm planning to quit before I go to uni in early September, I just signed some form stating i'm on a fixed-term contract etc

How should I leave? I've never been in this situation before so i'm wondering if there are any repercussions because I just signed a contract?

Read your contact and see what the process of leaving is and how much week in advance notice do you need to give. It it does not say anything I would that you try and give at least two/three weeks notice before you leave so they can find a replacement.

I read my t&c and it said "termination with notice, if length of service is under 4 weeks, the notice from you to costa is none, and the notice from costa to you is none" does that mean I can just tell her I want to leave? I've only been training for 1 week, as the new store opens on the 8th
