odd severe headaches

so im been getting these really bad headaches lately... and literally cannot concentrate or contemplate moving around much, because it gets worse... but they only last in short bursts (approx. 20 mins). but they are seriously painful compared to normal headaches

the only connection i can make, is that it usually starts when im doing something cardio related... eg jogging, skipping, etc. even though the workouts arent too demanding

would it be worthwhile to see a doctor, or does anyone have any ideas on the cause???

If you're finding it really distressing then I'd visit your GP. Are you eating well and drinking enough water before and after you work-out?

You may be suffering from migraines. They can be seriously painful and debilitating and they don't always have to have a cause.
Taking any medication?

How's your blood pressure?
It sounds a bit like cluster headaches. I would see your doctor to get it checked out

Id go along to your GP just to be on the safe side and let him know whats going on, he might be able to prescribe you something or at least figure out what causes it.
Have you only started the exercise recently?

I would say cluster headaches too. Unfortunately the only effective treatment is illegal in this country. Not to mention highyly dangerous. However as it is exercis related it could well be due to an improper diet.
