It helps me de stress about an event if i write down what im going to do that day. It may help you too. But anyway this is me:
Get up at 8
Eat hearty breakfast
Get dropped at school
Collect results and open in toilet cubicle
Go outside and share them
Go home and share them and call everyone
Go straight home
Figure out solution

Go home and sleep (since I definitely won't be sleeping tonight).
When I've woke up later I'll debate about if I'm bothered to go to a celebration party.
If I decide to not go, I'll probably spend time with family.
I'll stay at my school begging for them to let me on the courses I want.
If they stil say no, then I'll proceed to break down in tears and run home.
I'll then probably spend the rest of my summer in bed thinking about how pathetic I am for failing my GCSEs.
