Bring a pen and your phone, for any sixth form forms you may need to fill in (just in case) and to call your family/friends if they're not there with you to let them know how you did. I would recommend bringing any GCSE certificates you received for any exams done last year as proof of all your grades. If you have time, make a note or write a checklist of what you need to sort out and places you need to call etc. to make sure you're set for what's next for you. Aim to arrive at least 5 or 10 minutes early so if there is plenty of room to factor in traffic problems and general lateness
Finally, if you're nervous it helps to take a few deep breaths to calm yourself down, if you feel you've done well then there's no need to feel worried, and if you don't then your grades don't have to be the end of the world, there are always other routes you can take.

I wish you well with your results and hope you get the grades you're aiming for!
