    Hi, I'm an EU student and in May I applied for student finance online. When I then read that EU students could only apply by post I canceled my application and sent everything by post. However ever since I received my passport back in the beginning of August, I haven't heard anything. The only login details I have are for when I applied online. It has been almost 3 weeks since I got my passport, will I get new login details? Also, doesn't the university need to paid by the time you start your course? Thank you.

    Hi Tessie,

    You should get new login details. The university does not need to be paid before you start your course they are paid once they confirm your attendance to us. I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0607 so we can locate your account and check the progress.
