art, textiles and photography A level

hi
im starting 6th form in september and am doing art, textiles, photography and geography. i did both art and textiles for GCSE and have been predicted A's in both, but was wondering whether anyone else has/is done/doing all 3 arts and is in a similar position - if so - any tips or advise on how to get through it / good grades or whether i am making a HUGE mistake would be appreciated as im starting to worry!!

i am also new to the forum and hope iv posted this thread correctly!! i also dont think the confused icon in the title will work. :frown:
ive just finished college doing art, sculpture and product design aswell as art history to tie everything together, and in my first yr took biology and chemistry aswell. The only and the only tip and all my friends would say is to do all assignments when they are given and keep up to date with coursework because if you fall behind it can really effect the outcome of your grades (don't mean to scare you just that it does happen even to the best of us) at gcse i got an a* in art and i came out of my 1st year with a C it is hard work esspecially with the art subjects but don't not do them because if arts the career you want to go in the more A levels you have in art the bigger your choices are at uni and they can see that you can work hard. on the geography side of hing i have know clue about but all my friends ook it and they really enjoyed it.
the best thing to do is to enjoy it work realy hard in your first year and it will pay off in your 2nd (ps doest mean slack just means it makes it easier for you to get a grade you want)
and dont fforget to do key skills because it give you extra ucas points even tho it does seem pointless i reemember my first lesson they teached us how to turn on a computer lol

extremely long post (sorry)
if theres n e thing else that your worried about just send a message beleive me ive been thro it all with college

don't do all three 'arty' subjects. If you're academic, you won't like it and the coursework is a bitch tbh, one of the subjects will suffer badly. I did AS art, graphics and photography and my graphics was just crap in the end; you don't have enough time to dedicate to them all, and you may even hate them in the end. Do one, two at very MAXIMUM and combine them with academic subjects if you can; this is my advice.
I'd also advise you not to take three - I took two art A-Levels and it isn't easy, believe me! You always feel as though you're neglecting one fo your subjects when you focus your creative energy on the other. I do know a girl who took all three subjects at AS, on their own, but she came out with C's and even a D instead of the B's she is capable of
