    I recently got my GCSE results and I was wondering if i still had a chance of getting accepted for medicine assuming that I could get A* in my A levels.

    Unfortunately most successful medicine applicants will have about 6A* or so, with the rest being A. However, I would say you have a chance, providing that the rest of your application is flawless. Just avoid universities like Oxford, Cardiff, Birmingham etc. as they place a lot of their admissions on GCSE grades.
