I just got my GCSE results to day and found out in Maths that I got a D. I went to my maths teacher to see a break down of my maths scores. And overall I scored 72/100 in the non-calc and 69/100 on the calc paper. Which overall is 141 ( a D). But I checked the grade boundaries and to get a C ,I needed to get 142 (one more mark). It will cost £40 and a lot of the time the marks don't go up. Is it worth it to get a remark from Edexcel?

Well, it's worth a shot, they don't usually go up by much if at all, but 1 mark may be found, somewhere. And if it is you wouldn't have to resit next year.

Ok thank you very much for your reply. I will look into getting a remark. 😊😃😊 And yes it will take the time and stress off having to resist... Hopefully! 😶

Yep, if your lucky your school may even fund you (i.e pay for it ), that's what mine did anyway as they obviously would like you to pass ! So I'd definitely try contact them, best of luck with your remark & future plans 😊
