I took AS-level English Literature WJEC a year or so ago and got grade B, but didn't go onto A2 for a number of reasons. With the A-level reforms, owuld it even be possible to finish off the A-level? Or would I have to start from scratch?

You would have to start from scratch because the last A2 cycle for the old spec finished this year for English. So, you'd need to do the linear course in order to achieve a full A-level in English Literature.
