I just received my GCSE results (6 A's and 4 B's, which I'm over the moon with ), and so far I've chosen the AS levels Biology and Psychology. I've had a look at Economics for a while and I'm considering it, except I've never ever done it before and I don't really know too much about the subject.

The reason I'm considering it is it looks interesting and it's a social science, and although it isn't the most academic subject it is still respected by many places, but I just feel like to do it I should have done it before or at least know a fair amount about it, but I haven't and I don't.

It would be AQA Economics, but I'd love to hear any person taking Economics on any exam board's advice - how is the subject? Is it interesting or boring? Is it hard or easier? Did you do it before the AS/A-Level, and do you enjoy it now? Just please help me out because I'm really unsure - how do you feel about the subject?

I started economics having never studied it, closest thing was maths and a business btech. It can be challenging with such a mix of maths and language but i suggest lots of hard work. It is certainly not one you can jump in and fly by. I'm about to start my second year of Economics but we have had so much drama with my teacher leaving and I am actually switching exam board.
All i can say is good luck and work hard!
