Are these good a level choices? Will I be able to get into a Russell group university provided I do well? I don't know what I want to do but nothing science-y and I hate maths.

It really depends on what you apply for, have you got any sort of idea at all? You can do some quick searches with the UCAS Search Tool of courses you may possibly want to do in the future and check out the Russel Group universities' subject entry requirements to see if they require or prefer specific subjects.
