I will be studying A level maths, physics, economics and btec ict in my school sixth form.
Just wanna know if this is a good combination and how hard each course is.

It's probably a nice mix of hard and average. Maths and Physics are strong subjects and very related. I'm assuming that these are both related to an area you wish to study at University?
Economics and BTEC ICT won't be too hard. Is the BTEC at A Level standard?

I studied A Level maths and it was very hard, considering I got an A* in normal maths GCSE and A in Further Maths, I was shocked at how much I struggled, but if its something you would like to pursue or need in later life then do it. Maths and Physics are very hard subjects, as for ICT BTEC thats quite easy, I haven't taken economics but apparently its an alright subject? It all depends on what you want to do in University, if thats a pathway you are going to take, whatever you do good luck!
