I am doing A-level maths at college. Has anyone got any advice on what to expect. Also any revision tips. Also how many exams do you sit in the first year. I thought it was 3 (C1 C2 & C3) but on the WJEC website there is a C4. Thanks!

Sorry you've not had any responses about this. Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.
You can also find the Exam Thread list for A-levels here and GCSE here.
Just quoting in Fox Corner so she can move the thread if needed

During your first year you'lll take C1, C2 and either M1 or S1. Then in your second year you'll take C3, C4 and then you have a choice to carry on to M2/S2 or do M1/S1 (depending on what you didn't take the first year).
In terms of revision tips, the best thing you can do is past papers. The only way to learn and get used to the questions is to practise them. I also found writing out step by step methods very useful because the exams consist of the same questions/topics every year.
Hope this was helpful!
