AQA grade boundaries

Can someone please explain how it works, cause comparing it to my grades just doesn't add up???? So In Food Tech (paper) I got 96 marks out of 120 which apparently should be an A but on my results slip it's down as a C grade, is this correct or has someone made a mistake? If it is correct can someone explain how it works? Thank you.
those are the UMS (mark equivalent) marks im currently having the same situation, RAW marks are what you got i believe, which do not show on your results paper which is silly, so in art each unit for me is 80 but is saying i got 7 which is A*??? but next to it says and E ??? it makes no sense and they shouldnt put it there

It's in UMS marks. You can find the raw mark equivalent on here http://www.aqa.org.uk/exams-administration/results-days/grade-boundaries-and-ums/ums-converter
