Hi guys. I just found out CRAZY news that i was ONE ums point from getting an A in english language (with my coursework being an A).
I recieved 239 ums and an A is 240. I'm so hyper because I know I deserve an A. However i dont know how to get a remark & I really want it asap. Has any had a remark before? What do you guys think.

Update: I remarked and got an A

You need to speak to your school, because they have to request the remark. There's also a fee to pay, but you get this refunded if your grade does change. You're not guaranteed to get the extra mark - generally, papers close to the boundary are double checked to ensure they actually are correct.

You need to bear in mind that there's been changes in the way remarks are carried out this year which means that fewer will move up by one or two marks. Marks will only be changed in the case of 'significant error' by the original marker - not just a slightly different interpretation of the mark scheme. Details here.
