As yesterday was results day I went to school opened the envelope and saw my results. I was not so happy as I got a C for both maths and English, which in my opinion doesn't really reflect all the hardwork I put in during revision. And for sixth form I need a B for maths to do a level maths. Therefore, can I retake both maths and English in November even though I passed?

Yes ofc but I think if you do get a worse mark in the resit then thats replaces your old grade. Resits are in November aswell

There's nothing stopping you, but why would you want to? You've passed, and at GCSE level, that's really all that counts - it's only at A-level when you need to start worrying about certain grades, rather than just a pass or fail. Resits cost money and valuable study time - which if you are doing A-Levels, is really important.

Judging from you point, can I still retake in November then?

Some universities want a B in English Language so I would say that it's worth it. You might have to do it externally but really you should talk to the school about it.
