Hi all. So i did fairly well yesterday and got into 6th form. When i am older i want to study film prodution and eventually make films. Because of this i have a level media as my 1st choice of subject. Now i know there are only 3 for sure and maybe 4 in my school who are taking it and i don't believe they put it as a first choice. At gcse 7 took media and it was cancelled. My concern is, i have accepted my 6th form place but don't register and find out what subjects i have got out of my 4 until next friday. I start on the Monday. If media is not put on then i won't have time to enrol in a new college or 6th form. But i need to do media. So based on the fact that 3 maybe 4 people are taking media in the entire year, how likely is it to be put on as a subject and what can i do if it isn't put on because i need to tske media to then go into film

Probably not as there's not a high demand for it

So i just wanted to update everyone that even though i haven't had a timetable yet or official confirmation of ny subjects from the school, i have had confirmation from the media teacher via email that media is running which i was pleasantly suprised and excited about
