    The average applicant has about 24 A*'s

    Yeah mate, you should probably look at studying Citizenship at Aberystwyth with those sort of grades, might be an idea just to give up now to be completely honest. Don't understand why you didn't look at the hundreds of other related threads about the exact same topic.
