Hi guys! I just want to ask a question; I've heard that people with the highest scores in GCSEs for certain exam boards get special certificates stating this - is that true? I got 100% in my AQA GCSE French in all units, so I'm curious which boards do and which don't. Does anyone have any idea if AQA does this? I really don't mean to brag, I honestly just want to know

    Congrats on your French marks!

I'm not sure AQA do this any more, I thought they stopped doing it years ago. I got full UMS in most of my GCSEs (4 years ago) and didn't get anything from any exam boards. I got a certificate from the royal society of geography for getting the highest raw mark (many people get full UMS) on my exam board in AQA GCSE geography though, but that was externally funded rather than an exam board thing. I got full UMS in AQA GCSE Italian two years ago and didn't get anything, so I doubt they would for French now.

Possibly CIE still do this, and the northern Irish exam board (at least they do for A levels iirc).

Well done on all your marks too (4 years ago or not, they're still great ) I think CIE was the board I had heard about, so that's probably right. Thanks!
