Hi everybody, first time posting and I was just received my GCSE results. I achieved 5 A*s, 6 As and a B and I was wondering if that was good enough for Oxbridge I was hoping to go into mathematics and my sixth form only offers references to students with 6 A*s at GCSE. I was wondering though if these grades would be good enough?

    My grades were as follows:
    Mathematics - A*
    R.E. - A*
    English Literature - A*
    Core Science - A
    Additional Science - A*
    Further Additional Science - A*
    R.M. - A
    P.E. - A
    French - A
    English Language - A
    History - A
    Music - B

    Yes

Your AS and A-levels maths will be more important.

Also the MAT pre-interview test for Oxford, or STEP for Cambridge (assuming you get a Cambridge offer after interview).
