I wanted to know if Goldsmith's university is a good Uni, for computer science. I've heard that New Cross isn't safe and stuff so I'm not too keen on going there. Since my options are limited, I can to either go Goldsmith's for computer science or Brunel. Brunel told me that a foundation year is compulsory, as I don't have the correct qualifications in order to start the actual Computer science course. Goldsmith's have told me that I don't have to do a foundation year, and can start the actual course this year. Having received an offer from Goldsmith's through clearing, I wanted to know if the first year is difficult for someone who hasn't touched maths in 2 years (achieved a B in CGSE Maths, but haven't done Maths at A-Level) ?
