    Hi all,

I am interested in a career in medicine in the US after my 6 year medicine degree at cambridge which I will embark on next month. Does anyone know the career pathway for someone who wants to do this and when I should take the appropriate exams and such? What is the most difficult step and am I realistic that this is possible?

    Thanks
