You should ask a question in this thread from Uni of Bradford, they're offering advice to people like you on exactly this:

I am sure you will be absolutely fine. Everything always works out in the end

I got 5b's 2c's and 2d's thanks to the worst performing school in England. I wanted to be a doctor but because I failed chemistry with a c and they are refusing to let me take it at A-Level at my sixth-form ... which means I have to probably try and convince them to let me take AS Geography after the first year and take AS chemistry because otherwise I only have 1 Uni option... and I frankly don't have £9k to pay for an extra year before medical studies. I have always wanted to be a doctor and my school seem to have completely made me unable to do it. I may have to re-think and maybe go into forensics and take biomedical sciences. I am depressed to, I get how you feel.

You could still try your best to find an SFC / institution that will allow you to do a levels of your choice.

I went to a SFC that gave chances to students with average and even below average GCSE's, some students who surpassed all expectations and ended up with A's and A*s at A2 and some who naturally failed.

There will always be an SFC / College somewhere in your county, even if it is 40 minutes away that will allow you to do this.

Do the above then try your best to get a minimum of A's (IK easier said than done, but if you want it that badly you will find a way.)

Thereafter, apply to Universities like Southampton that are more accepting of students with not so strong GCSE's but strong alevels / and or consider foundation year to get into medicine.

Truth be told, doing all of the above will be extremely difficult, but not entirely impossible.
