    Hello,
Today I went to the hairdressers and had a hair dye patch test done somewhere behind my ear.
I was wondering how do you know if your allergic to it?
Does it go really red or tingle or go swollen, or a spot?
The thing is I've forgotten where the hairdresser put it on me.
And there is an area which has got a really really little red tiny goosebump type thing, but I don't think this was where the test was done?
Also the red thing doesn't hurt at all it's just there
So am I allergic or what?
I'm just scared because I've read horror stories about allergies

You would possibly get some redness there, it seems like a coincidence that you ve got a spot there. The hairdresser should remember where they put it anyway.

You'll most likely be fine. Mention it to the hairdresser though, because naturally they have the experience to decide
