I got my GCSE results and managed to get 4A*s, 3As and 3Bs... however many people around me are getting all As and A*s only and people with higher grades than me don't seem to me too satisfied with their results :/ i thought i did okay but i don't know anymore

Stop focusing on other people and focus on yourself.., GCSEs matter to get into sixth form for alevels and uni that's about it, where you go after them is up to you.

You did excellent. It's normal to think your worse than everyone else even though you got much better than the national average.

you actually have an above average set of results and you have achieved really good grades. I suggest you don't compare your results to the people around you and to not overthink it. It's in the past now and you should be proud of your achievements and work on improving in the future.

That is a good set of results.

A levels matters much more anyway. Use this 'disappointment' or rather, eagerness to improve, as motivation.
