what do these people come up with nowadays! too much cholestrol is bad, and too little is bad - grapefruits in large quanties lead to increase risk of breast cancer i'm seriously starting to lose faith in all these scientists that do such studies - one day they'd say an apple is good and another its bad - complete hypocrites!

Research is crazy, they also say that if you were not breast fed as a baby you are at higher risk of heart disease and multiple sclerosis as an adult lol

oh and if you have over 100 brown marks on your skin you will not grow old as fast.
