    Will I be able to get into UCL with a grade C in English language? Let's say I met all the other requirements but had a C would I be denied??

    They said a C but in some subjects it might be higher

    I don't want to resit it I was 3 marks off a B

    Your options would appear to be:- pay for a remark and hope that the examiner missed something which brings your grade up to a B - concentrate on universities which only require a C grade in English for Biochemistry (quick look turned up Manchester and Bristol, so there must be others)- apply to UCL regardless- resit
