I am a prospective independent candidate, planning to do these two subjects in one year. Am I correct in thinking that these subjects have "internal assessment"?
More importantly, can anyone tell me how it is possible to complete these parts of the course as an independent candidate? I presume a lot of it is lab work. Any information would be welcome as I am unfamiliar with the UK system of assessment. I have chemistry and biology at Irish A level standard but not the required A grades so I thought it might be easier to complete these two courses in one year to get in to a UK university.

Sorry you've not had any responses about this. Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.
