Marks and Spencer permanent job Help!!!

I just got an offer for a permanent customer assistant.
However, I am moving to my new flat in the end of September coz of Uni, Which could take up one and half hour to get the store, and the working hour is 7:00 to 2:00. So it is quite ridiculous.

The recruiter told me that even thou the permanent contract has an open terminal date, but this is not very suitable for a student only wish to work for them over the summer.

I have also heard M&S doesn't like to re-employ people whoever takes permanent contract and leave in a short period of time or get transferred. :confused:

Shall I take this offer and get a transfer to a locate M&S near by my flat in the end of September?
Or do not take this offer and wait for a new vacancy near my new flat?

PS: at min, it takes me aprox an hour to this store. only half an hour to the store near my new flat. :frown:
