I've not driven for a few years which is making me not want to spend a fortune on a car just in case i scratch it, having said that i do want something i can be happy driving. Im 24 so insurance on most cars i've seen and liked are all around the £6-800 mark as i haven't got any no claims bonus.
I really want a seat Ibiza with the DSG paddle shift gearbox but i cant seem to find one anywhere near me that isn't virtually brand new and under £10k which is way more than i want to spend.
So roughly how much do you think i should be looking to spend to get something fairly decent ? Also any car reccomendations are welcome, preferably hatchbacks and DSG i know people say this takes the fun out of driving but as most the driving i'll be doing will be in city traffic i would rather have an automatic with the option to shift via the stick/paddles when i want.
Thanks
