In addition to these grades I do regular voluntary work at a care home and I have done overseas work experience in a hospital this year. With all of this will I be able to get I to a top uni to study medicine?

There's no such thing as a 'top uni' for medicine. The degree is the same everywhere
Your application relies on GCSEs, A-levels, UKCAT, work experience and the personal statement. You have a good number of A*'s, which is a great start.
When you are closer to making your application, you will need to look at which medical schools most suit your strengths. Until then, just work hard on the other areas I mentioned above
So yes, they are good enough for medicine, but there's much more to it x

Your GCSE's are quite good, as long as you nail your A-Levels and your UKCAT you should be fine
