I recived my as results and I got a CCE for AS Biology, Maths and Chemistry.

I have no idea what to do now, I'm wondering if I can retake the entire year again if it's at all possible? I do not mind doing three years of college. Please any advice is REALLY helpful. Thanks.

That's better than what I did Honestly if you feel like you don't understand the work at all, then re do the whole year but then remember you've got to repeat everything then including course work maybe and some boring nitty gritty bits which you don't really need to do. Me personally, I'm just resitting the actual exams and then will probably get some extra class time and just work a bit harder overall.
My friend is re doing the whole year and it's basically education suicide. She'll have to find all new friends and get used to a lot of changes. She might have no friends when we leave and she is still there.
So just make sure you consider every aspect, but honestly just re sit the exams alone as all it takes is a little bit more effort and concentration

That's better than what I got in my first year, I think I've said it before where I basically sat all of my AS and A2 exams this year instead of retaking the year because I didn't want to this time round I busted my ass off for it and it paid off, I'm going to uni in 3 weeks.

It depends on what you want to do honestly, but there's always options and the grades of CCE are definitely a fixable bunch.

I got a CDU last year so have just finished resitting yr12. If id continued on i would have been doing 6 resit exams on top of everything else so decide that was too much work. I changed my subjects round from History (C) Bio (D) psychology (U) to History Psychology Politics (Just got an A ) and an EPQ (C). resitting was the best plan for me as i really didn't fancy doing 12(i think) exams.

Dont resit, the first year doesnt count remember, for reformed alevels that is! Just retake your maths modules and work on biology and chemistry starting from now.
