I am planning on joining a Big 4 accounting firm when I leave school, however, I am concerned what the impact of not having a degree could have on me. I aspire to become a CEO of a big company one day, or maybe a CFO, but I am concerned that I will not have this opportunity if I don't get a degree. If I leave at 18, I will qualify as a ICAEW a year earlier than graduates, and have 4-5 more years of experience already. I am very ambitious and have a good drive, but I don't want to end up realising I made a mistake when I'm 40. Also, what is a ICAEW equivalent o in terms of uni? And do employers see that as well? Btw if I go uni it would likely be in the top 5 in country maybe Oxbridge
