So in my Edexcel Economics (B) exams A2 2016 I thought I smashed it. I thought it went so well and that i'd get really high marks (I predicted myself an A and an A* for Unit 3 and Unit). I wrote with a really free market, capitalist, right wing look using case studies from Ted Cruz's tax plan and removing the minimum wage. I also gave the other side of the argument (i.e Bernie Sanders' income redistribution and Occupy wall street etc) which i know is really important and gave them a fair shout. However i concluded with right wing ideas.
I then received too C's (so embarrassing) which are both 1 mark off D's. I really want to re mark because i can't believe the grade. Any Help?
P.s I'm already in Essex Uni so no worries unless it goes down?

Well I went fully right wing economically, except for workers wages and a few other things, I got a B predicted A star. Other people wrote from a left wing perspective and got A's. Politics doesn't bear as much value in an economics exam as it's all valid as long as you justified it. You're just not as a good as you think you are ?
though in unit 3 economics, which I had to self teach I got an A and in the unit 4 which I knew much more and explained more I got a C so...
Either we overestimate ourselves and our teachers do or it's wrong, I feel my unit 4 was marked wrong but due to the multiple choice on unit 1 and 2 which i am terrible at it wasn't worth a remark. I am at Uni Essex too. Re mark then, I am not bothering coz too far off the A, so if you're close then remark.
