    Hey guys.

I have an unconditional offer to start next month and i just recently got an email from the university about enrolling online. I logged in and everything and by the looks of it i have to enter all of my qualifications again like i did with UCAS (gcse's, a levels etc), is that how its meant to be?

Last question is on the results it asks for the specific day of the month i got my certificates but i only know the month and it doesn't say the day on the paper so what would i put for that?

Thanks for any help! I am ringing them but just wanted to check here aswell!

This is something unique to each university. You shouldn't need to reenter your qualifications - either contact the university concerned or try to skip pointless questions (or questions they should know the answer to).

This is something set up by each university separately.

Try leaving pointless questions/questions they already have the answers to blank. Often they aren't compulsory.

    Or ring up and complain.
