hiyah, just wondering how many books and authors ur mentioning. I don’t know whether I have to mention all the books I’ve read by one singular author, because these books are v important in the age of modernism or whether i should just mention the author

so how many books are you mentioning, and how many authors are you mentioning?

    thanks

You really need to think about what you learnt from the books, how they've developed your interest in the field and how that will help with this degree. Your PS should not read like a list of things you have read. This will not impress. Reflection is key so if you only cover 2-3 books that's also great but do it well.

Try writing why you want to do the course and why you'll be good at it, then see how much space you have left for name dropping. If you do it well, the answer will be "none".

thats the problem because i have read around two particular authors, that i feel like i am writing mini essays on them and i don’t see how the personal statements on here are only writing one or two sentences on them really its so hard!
