I'm just about to start year 13, I'm studying maths, chemistry and biology and also I'm doing an EPQ. I really want to get good grades such as an A or A* but I don't know how to go about doing that. How much work should I be doing, how long should i spend on homework, should I be doing background reading, how long should i start revising for exams before them. Please help

Ditch the parties and social life

Get all your notes done by january
Then start revising over them and do exam questions and past papers
Weeks before the exam start memorising the markschemes

    And you should be fine

One thing I've learnt is that every year the exams use the same material but worded differently. Did the new spec economics and it worked for me, looked at the mark scheme and they used exactly the same model answers to similar questions in the past. Work hard, read, copy out the book, watch videos, take notes, get loads of revision material and make your own and learn from the mark scheme. Good luck! It's not really that hard with the right amount of work
